Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Blisqo. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Damaged, defective or wrong product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mohitsankhala86@gmail.com with clear photos or a short video of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges you paid for that item.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used, perishable items, and products marked as final sale/clearance cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to return
- Email us at mohitsankhala86@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return instructions. Depending on your location, a courier pickup may be arranged or you may be asked to ship the product back.
- Please pack the product securely. Refunds are processed after the returned product reaches us and passes a quality check.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the quality check. For prepaid orders, shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong product). If a pickup is not serviceable and you ship the product yourself for an approved return due to our error, reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed against the shipping receipt.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but you may use the return process after delivery if eligible.
